Please fill out our booking form or a quick fill enquiry form, after we will receive your booking/enquires. A customized Tanzania tour expert will contact you within 24 hours with proposed itinerary package follow with detailed safari program or replies your enquires accordingly. This point we call it open discussion.
Proposed itinerary it is for suggestions may be due to your preferences and can be adjusted to accommodate any further requests. We can guarantee changes up to 20 days before your scheduled tour start date.
When you agreed on a proposed itinerary and price. We will send invoice and Provisional Safari Package. Then you shall require to pay a deposit of 30% of a total safari package cost. This deposit we help to secure your safari package by holding accommodation etc. The remaining balance shall be paid 30 days before your tour begins, if you reserve a less than 20 days before the tour start, then you will be asked to pay the entire balance.
We accept online transactions like Visa, MasterCard, America Express, JCB, and other money transfer such as Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank Wire Transfer. Please let us know your convenience payment method so we can give you details to use for process payments.
At this point, we also request contact details for correspondences. Personal details for every individual on your tour: full name (as written in passport), passport number, gender, birthday and nationality for booking flights and ferry.
After we receive your deposit, we shall send receipt of received amount, and confirm reservations for your travel to Tanzania, Zanzibar or any other destination as shown in your confirmed itinerary. When we have completed the arrangements, we will send you a confirmed Safari Program and other useful information regarding you safari holidays.
We recommend that you book your international flights to Tanzania or Zanzibar before we finalize your tour reservations. Please use reliable travel agents for your international flights, or you may visit to our nearby sales office/agent for assistance. When you have reserved your tickets, please send us your flight information (flight number, arrival date and time). If you need us to book flight for you please advise us early. If you need to cancel your confirmed tour or you fail to pay the complete tour balance within the required period, you may be liable to cancellation charges. After the tour has begun, we are unable to refund any money due to late arrival, early departure or any missed days during the tour. see booking policy
